Dr Tal Koren, MD BSc(Neuro) FRACP, is a consultant neurologist with subspecialty expertise in neuroimmunology — multiple sclerosis (MS), NMOSD, MOG antibody disease, autoimmune encephalitis, myasthenia gravis (MG) and CIDP (chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy). Training and research
Dr Koren completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne and his neurology training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Royal North Shore Hospital, followed by a dedicated neuroimmunology fellowship at RPA. He is a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney and is undertaking a Master of Philosophy in the MS Research Group at the Brain and Mind Centre, University of Sydney, researching radiological biomarkers of MS disease progression.
