Below is an excerpt from the summary guidelines if the American Academy of neurology guidelines on migraine therapy. In particular, this discusses the specific natural therapies that have been shown to be of benefit in migraine prophylaxis. I will add over time the specific trials and doses used, but suffice it to say that this is an overview of what evidence there is to support these treatments.
